Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Executive Assistant/Producer for 6 Month Fixed Term. In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Provide administrative, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
2. Manage and prioritise executive's emails, correspondence, and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up
3. Uphold a high level of professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information and confidential matters
4. Communicating with Senior Client team leads to schedule meetings, workshops, follow-ups and events
5. Support on organising client entertainment & engagement
6. Work closely with GCL on business planning, reporting, Salesforce admin, presentation development + client organisation mapping
7. Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including venue / vendor sourcing and management, catering, and finance
8. Coordinating logistics during events, such as setup, registration, audiovisual needs, and guest assistance
9. Acting as a content producer, managing production logistics and teams for video shoots
10. Conducting research around agency communications, announcements, reports, and thought leadership and analysing relevancy
11. Editorialising agency content to be consistent with agency guidelines and publishing on OMC Hive platform
12. Managing tagging and taxonomy of OMC Hive
13. Maintaining agency and community pages, coordinating with ERG leads and agency marketing teams
Profile:
The successful temporary, Executive Assistant/Producer will have experience working within a creative/events business and will have had exposure to managing logistics and creative content writing.
You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.
Client:
Our client is a Media firm based in the City of London. You will work 2 days per week from their office and 3 days from home.
Salary & Benefits:
This immediate, temporary Executive Assistant/Producer role will be paying circa £50,000 per annum This is dependant on experience.
