Head of Property & Operations\n Salary: £60,000\n Location: Hybrid (Flexible working arrangement)\n\nLargest Curated Network of Furnished Rentals in the World\n\nClient Details\n\npremier provider of fully furnished, serviced apartments for individuals and corporate clients, offering luxury residences that are designed to meet high standards. We are seeking a talented Facilities Manager to join our team, overseeing the operational set-up and management of our world-class properties.\n\nDescription\n\nFull operational set-up and maintenance coordination of properties (furnishing, supplies, services, etc.) according to brand style and guidelines.\nCollaborating with the central design team to implement large design initiatives across properties.\nStyling and managing photoshoots of new apartments to ensure they are in line with photoshoot guidelines.\nDriving operational cost efficiency and continuous process improvement while maintaining high-quality standards.\nManaging relationships and negotiating with contractors, vendors, and external partners to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and client experience.\nOverseeing the city inventory of furniture, consumables, and linens, optimizing safety stocks, and reporting malfunctions to the Design and Supply Chain teams.\nPartnering with cross-functional teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of guest experience services.\nCollecting and managing data to update operational metrics, reduce costs, eliminate errors, and ensure excellent customer service.\nManaging a team of Operations Associates, supporting their onboarding process, and providing continuous feedback to drive their performance. \n\nProfile\n\nA minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in business operations or services, ideally in a start-up, SME, or large corporation.\nA Bachelor's degree.\nResults-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.\nExceptional communication and organizational skills.\nSignificant project management experience, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in Google Suite and MS Office; experience with inventory management systems is a plus.\nA guest-centric mindset with a focus on quality and service.\nA creative thinker who is also a strong team player.\nExperience in hospitality or real estate is a plus.\nExperience in team management, ideally in field operations, is also a plus.
