Key Responsibilities
* Respond to daily client enquiries, manage policy changes, and process renewals efficiently
* Promote additional insurance offerings by understanding client needs and presenting suitable options
* Introduce relevant financial products and services available through the wider business
* Build strong customer relationships to uncover potential new business opportunities through cross-selling
* Ensure all customer interactions meet regulatory standards and reflect a customer-first approach
Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements
* Confident communicator with a natural flair for building relationships and putting customers at ease
* Brings a positive mindset, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for providing excellent service
* Comfortable working collaboratively within a team, but equally capable of using initiative when working independently
* Ideally has experience in customer-facing or sales roles, though full training and support will be provided
* Proactive and eager to learn, with a “can-do” attitude and strong problem-solving skills
* Must have a full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
