HR & Business Administrator (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Market Harborough (Office Based)
Hours: 25 hours per week (Flexible across 3 or 4 days)
Role OverviewA hands-on, varied role for someone who loves "owning" the office. You’ll be the glue between HR,pliance, and general operations, ensuring everything from employee records to thepany fleet runs like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Support: Managing the Breathe HR system, issuing contracts/letters, coordinating appraisals, and overseeing the full onboarding/offboarding process.
2. Fleet & Facilities: Looking afterpany vehicles (MOTs, tax, servicing) and managing insurance renewals and buildingpliance.
3. Finance Backup: Providing ad-hoc cover for sales/purchase invoicing and employee expenses.
What we’re looking for:
4. Background: Solid experience in HR admin or senior office operations.
5. Tech Knowledge: Proficient with MS Office and ideally experienced with HR systems
6. Mindset: Someone proactive who doesn't wait to be asked. You should befortable liaising directly with Directors and external providers.
7. Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy is a must, especially regardingpliance and fleet records.
