We are seeking a polished, professional Receptionist to join our luxury medical aesthetics clinic. This is a client-facing role where you will be the first point of contact, delivering an exceptional experience for every patient.
About the Role
As our Receptionist, you will:
* Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional front-of-house experience.
* Manage patient bookings, enquiries, and payments with efficiency and discretion.
* Maintain a pristine reception area, reflecting the high standards of our clinic.
* Support our clinical and aesthetic teams in ensuring a seamless client journey.
* Handle administrative duties with accuracy and attention to detail.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience in a customer-facing role in a front of house, hospitality or retail environment within a luxury brand (essential).
* Exudes professionalism, confidence, and excellent communication skills.
* Has a polished appearance and understands the importance of discretion and absolute client confidentiality.
* Is highly organised, reliable, and able to multitask under pressure.
* Brings a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client care.
Working Hours
* Monday: 10:00 – 18:00
* Thursday: 10:00 – 20:00
* Friday: 10:00 – 17:00
* Every 2nd Saturday: 10:00 – 14:00
