This role will put you at the forefront of our Business Centre. It is a fast-moving, challenging role that offers great exposure to our vibrant customer base, allowing you to influence the service we provide. You will manage a team of over 40 colleagues and play a key role within the store's management team, including acting as Duty Manager at times.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring team compliance with legal standards and company procedures.
2. Training your team in cash handling to minimize losses.
3. Controlling debt and recovering overdue or failed payments from customers.
4. Maintaining accurate and timely payroll records.
5. Engaging with customers to resolve issues and gather feedback for service improvement.
6. Liaising with other department supervisors to monitor delivery orders.
7. Managing a team focused on customer service in reception and checkout areas.
To be successful, you should have:

* Strong communication skills and some supervisory or managerial experience.
