Marketing Manager – US Network
Are you a creative and results‑driven Marketing Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking an experienced and proactive marketing professional to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth across the UK. Working closely with the senior management team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Please note: this role is not remote or hybrid; the successful candidate will be required to work on‑site.
Key Responsibilities
* Marketing Strategy: develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for both online and offline channels to boost brand awareness and sales growth, including digital campaigns, exhibitions, POS, email marketing, social media, WhatsApp campaigns and more.
* Brochure Management: review and update the company brochure bi‑annually, ensuring it reflects new products, price changes and corrections.
* Product Launches: work with Purchasing and Sales teams to launch new products with accurate branding, packaging and codes.
* Customer Engagement & Merchandising: liaise with customers to ensure POS materials are up to date, promotions are implemented and displays meet brand standards.
* Events & Exhibitions: plan and coordinate events and exhibitions, ensuring displays and marketing materials align with brand and sales objectives.
* Reporting: produce detailed monthly reports for senior management, analysing campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement and growth.
* Innovation & Growth: collaborate with the Sales team to explore new marketing opportunities and channels to drive the business forward.

Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in marketing management and strategy development.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads and social media management.
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop and WordPress.
* Competent in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
* Excellent analytical and copywriting skills.
* Familiarity with project management tools.
* A‑Level or equivalent qualification (preferred).
* Minimum 2 years experience in a marketing role (preferred).
