* London weighted: £61,949 per annum, dependant on experience and location
* Regional/Outside London: £54,417 per annum, dependant on experience and location

Role Overview
We are looking for someone to join our new team and play a significant role in ensuring a robust approach to risk, controls, and assurance that informs business decision-making across L&Q Group.
The successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, and implementation of the group-wide approach to risk and assurance, playing a leadership role in ensuring business buy-in and effective implementation across the Group. They will leverage sector knowledge, external best practices, and risk data to influence and improve risk, controls, and assurance management at L&Q.
This role involves enabling a deep understanding of the risk profile, the effectiveness of controls, and supporting continuous improvement. The role also includes leading group-wide internal controls reporting, enabling data-informed risk reporting, and guiding the business on risk appetite and decision-making.
