Spanish speaking Export Administrator
Location: Crawley
Salary: around £25,500 per annum
Ref: 5472M
Main duties:
Assist with administrative duties and overall office support such as entering import / export orders and keeping the company’s computer system up-to-date.
The role:
– Creating orders on company’s computer system
– Filing and general help around the office updating files
– Processing & updating customer information on the company’s IT system
– Supporting general management and day-to-day activities
– Contributing to administrative support
– Undertaking any other duties as required
Candidate's Profile
– Additional fluency in Spanish essential
– Computer literate – MS office
– Organised with good administrative skills
– Excellent communication skills
– A dynamic personality and a team player
Around £25,500 per annum
