The Role
• Manage a full residential caseload (sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity).
• Handle files from instruction to completion.
• Maintain high levels of client care and meet financial targets.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Build relationships with referrers and support local business development.
About You
• 1–3 years’ PQE in Residential Conveyancing
• Confident managing a busy and varied caseload.
• Strong communicator with a client-focused approach.
• Proactive, commercially minded, and keen to contribute to team growth.
• A following is welcome but not essential.
