Responsibilities
* You will line manage the technical instructors, providing clear objectives, regular performance review and support for professional development.
* Co-ordinate training schedules, resources and staff deployment to ensure efficiency and high-quality learner experience.
* Monitor learning progress, outcomes and satisfaction, ensuring continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with safeguarding; health and safety; equality, diversity and inclusion policies.
* Work with the team to design and update Apprenticeship training.
Requirements
* Keep up to date with industry and technical developments.
* Experience of delivering high-quality training and assessing learning progress.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Industry recognised technical qualification at Level 3 or above
* GCSE(or equivalent) English and Maths at Level 2 or above
* Willingness to undertake a Level 4 teaching qualification within 3 years (If not already held)
* Strong IT skills (MS excel, Powerpoint, Word)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Undertanding of safeguarding and its application in training environment.
* Ability and willingness to work flexibly.
* Current full driving licence and the ability to travel in UK and Europe.
