Head of Business – Volkswagen Hull
Salary: Highly Competitive plus bonus
This is a significant senior leadership role – suited to an established Head of Business with a proven ability in strategic direction, operational excellence and people leadership, capable of inspiring a high‑performing, multi‑disciplined team across both sales and aftersales.
As Head of Business, you will lead Volkswagen Hull with a hands‑on yet strategic approach – fully engaged in day‑to‑day operations while setting the vision for long‑term growth.
Collaboration is central to the role. You will work seamlessly with support teams, other Heads of Business, and the wider JCT600 division to ensure alignment, shared success, and consistent delivery of exceptional results.
What We Are Looking For
* Significant senior leadership experience within the automotive industry, ideally with a prestige or luxury brand.
* A proven track record of driving performance across both sales and aftersales, with a leadership approach that is strategic, visible, and performance‑driven.
* Strategic and commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and shape long‑term growth through change.
* Visible, people‑first leadership, inspiring and developing high‑performing teams while maintaining presence with customers and colleagues alike.
* Resilience, humility and a collaborative mindset, leading with professionalism and customer focus that reflects the standards of JCT600 and Mercedes‑Benz.
