You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers — handling calls, managing inboxes, solving issues, and keeping everything running smoothly. It’s fast-paced, team-based, and all about great communication and problem-solving.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing client and supplier queries by phone and email
* Logging and tracking cases to hit service targets
* Supporting internal teams and building solid relationships
* Helping with contract renewals and admin tasks
* Keeping on top of deadlines while staying cool under pressure
