Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service/ Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales process, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This position requires excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients.
Duties
* Reception – taking telephone calls, dealing with visitors, accepting deliveries.
* Assisting customers with various mobile and fixed telephony issues – bill queries, sim swaps, handset problems, mobile email queries, tariff advice, international queries and all other issues.
* Liaising with Mobile Networks on behalf of customers
* Responsible for arranging courier collections and general post.
* Office administration – scanning, filing, data base entries.
* Using the billing platform – update customer records, enter telephone numbers, tariff details, etc and assist with month end billing.Receive contracts from Sales dept and check they're completed correctly.
* Enter deals on iData database
* Submit connection information to network.
* Order handsets, send out sims
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Attention to detail is essential to ensure accuracy in all documentation.
