Due to an increase in orders, there is a requirement for a junior PM to join the team.
Job Description
This position is ideal for a Project Coordinator, ideally with experience in the manufacture and installation sector. Reporting to the wider team of Project Managers, you’ll be responsible for assisting the operations team with overall project management, and administrative support.
* Working in a fast-paced environment, primarily for clients in the retail sector
* Assisting the project management team with day to day operations, including; programmes of works, accommodation bookings, raising purchase orders
* Dealing with incoming queries from clients and contractors
* Office based role, with scope to progress within the wider operations delivery team
* Making installation arrangements with the in-house site teams, subcontractors, and the client
* Assisting with general administrative tasks, and reception duties where required
Person Specification
* Experience working in an installation environment, and a background in shopfitting, or visual displays would be advantageous
* Client facing experience
* IT literate including Microsoft Office products
* Commutable distance to St Helens
