Logistics Business Controller - INSIDE IR35 - £29.00 PER HOUR - BROUGHTON, FLINTSHIRE - CONTRACT UNTIL 31/12/2026 - SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS Key Responsibilities Planning & Challenge Develop a strong understanding of the operational environment, including strategy, governance, challenges, and constraints. Lead financial planning processes, ensuring accurate forecasting, providing guidance aligned with the overall financial position, and constructively challenging business requests. Establish and maintain multi-year financial targets. Build and manage financial models, simulations, scenarios, and business cases (e.g. projects, acquisitions, tenders) to support decision-making and provide clear insight into financial impacts. Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities, advising on appropriate mitigation strategies.Analysis & Advisory Deliver accurate and appropriately detailed financial reporting. Evaluate financial performance, analyse variances, and recommend corrective actions. Analyse cost structures, revenue streams, unit costs, and research and development expenditure.
