Process Lead – Transformation Programme | £600 per day | 6-Month Contract (Potential of Extension)
I'm supporting a market leading Manufacturing organisation undergoing a major transformation and we're looking for an experienced Process Lead to bring structure, clarity, and best practice across operations and finance.
Location: Oxford – 3 days onsite
Length: 6 months initial
Rate: £600 per day
The Role
Map "as-is" operational and finance-linked processes
Design practical "to-be" future states
Apply BPMN (or equivalent) methodologies
Facilitate cross-functional workshops
Introduce scalable process standards and governance
Must-Have Experience
Proven process design & improvement delivery in operational, supply chain and finance environments
Industry experience in manufacturing, production, engineering, or supply chain
Strong understanding of operations–finance integration
Hands-on BPMN (or equivalent structured methodology) experience
Evidence of delivering tangible, implemented improvements
Must be Immediately Available
This is a hands-on delivery role in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
