About the role: We wouldn’t be able to positively impact the way the world shops without our passionate team members - who keep our business running, our vans delivering, our customers' products picked and packed and our proprietary technology operating at optimum levels. Both behind the scenes within the warehouses and across the front end of the customer experience which means we now have an opportunity for an Analyst to join the team. In this role you’ll extract, analyse, and interpret customer data to provide actionable recommendations that improve the customer experience. This role involves using various analytical tools and methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer data, translating these findings into strategic insights for stakeholders. You will - Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from various customer touchpoints. - Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in customer data to uncover key insights. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize customer data and insights. - Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for various stakeholders. - Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand customer segments, preferences, and pain points - Prepare and present regular reports on customer insights and key performance indicators - Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into business decisions. - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and deliver on operational requests. About you - Excellent IT skills including Excel & SQL - Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a logistics or retail function - Proven experience of analysing customer data and metrics (i.e. NPS) - Customer-centric mindset, technical proficiency, and problem-solving skills - Strong statistical analysis and data management skills -Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively and influence a variety of stakeholders. - Problem-solving and analytical skills: Ability to identify and solve problems, analyze data, and make informed decisions. - Advanced SQL qualifications or proven experience Unfortunately we're unable to provide sponsorship for this vacancy.
