Tripod Partners is currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Employee Relations Manager to join one of our valued NHS clients.
This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment, is confident managing sensitive issues, and has a strong background in NHS policies, employment law, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Case Oversight
* Line manage and develop Senior ER Advisors, promoting continuous learning and performance development
* Allocate casework efficiently to ensure swift and compassionate resolution
* Ensure high-quality outcomes and timely updates on the ER case management system
* Coordinate the team’s office rota and ensure adequate cover at all times
Policy & Service Development
1. Lead on writing and revising employment policies in line with NHS terms, employment law, and best practice
2. Develop and maintain toolkits, templates, and guidance for staff and managers
3. Oversee the Employee Relations intranet hub, ensuring up-to-date resources
4. Deliver specialist training sessions for managers on HR policies and ER processes
5. Promote a culture of fairness and compassion across the Trust
