The Role Head of Design & Technology
* Lead and strategically develop the DT curriculum across KS3KS5
* Manage and mentor a dedicated DT team, driving high-quality teaching
* Deliver engaging lessons across DT specialisms (flexibility depending on strengths)
* Raise attainment and embed a culture of creativity and excellence
* Oversee departmental resources, health & safety, and enrichment provision
The Ideal Head of Design & Technology
* UK QTS and a degree in Design & Technology or related subject (2:1 or above)
