Working at our travel shop at Gloucester’s Transport Hub, you will be the face of Stagecoach, assisting customers with bus and ticket information and sales, General administrative duties and housekeeping, all whilst providing excellent customer engagement.
Hours of Work
Four days a week, Wednesdays to Saturdays (08.50-17.10) 33 hrs a week.
What we need from you
* A commitment to excellent customer service
* Attention to detail and well organised
* Ability to handle confidential, personal information
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Office 365 is essential
