Our award winning, original equipment manufacturing client require Production Operatives to join their growing team in Daventry.
The role is to form / assemble heatshield components for their prestigious customers. There are multiple operations within the overall manufacturing process and it is anticipated that the successful applicants will become proficient in all.
Key Responsibilities:
Be engaged in the forming / assembly of heatshield materials and components into a finished product.
Be flexible in the nature of the role; there is significant complexity of parts and the applicant is highly likely to be manufacturing many different finished parts.
Ensuring parts are aligned exactly with the customer quality requirements.

Ability to communicate effectively
Is comfortable working as part of a team and keen to be part of a team.
Is able to work effectively without direct management.
Qualifications and Experience Levels:
Ideally will have worked in a production environment.
Has used hand tools in the course of production work.
Ideally will have some experience of light sheet metal work, or experienced in the use of light power tools, such as rivet guns, drills, etc.
