They are currently seeking a Clinical Negligence solicitor to join their team in Cardiff. The team work in a hybrid manner, 2 days per week in the Cardiff office.
Your new roleAs a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of clinical negligence matters under appropriate supervision while working alongside highly experienced colleagues.Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims
2. Drafting pleadings, instructions to experts and formal correspondence
3. Liaising with clients, experts, counsel and third parties
4. Supporting senior lawyers onplex and high‑value matters
5. Providing an empathetic, client‑focused service
