About Your New Job

You will have the responsibility of end-to-end recruitment project management. You will play a key role in partnering with our Line Managers to bring the best talents to the organization through shaping recruitment strategy and selecting candidates.


Your New Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate local Talent Acquisition & Identification activities
2. Responsible for the complete recruitment process (end-to-end) for all departments across different hierarchical levels using traditional channels and active sourcing
3. Proactively create talent pools across the Business Unit, using sourcing channels and actively participating in Employer Branding activities
4. Coach and advise line managers in designing and implementing sourcing and recruitment processes
5. Conduct assessment, acceleration, and development centers
6. Maintain the local talent acquisition budget, including KPI monitoring and reporting of TA key figures
7. Perform talent mapping according to strategic workforce planning for key positions
8. Maintain relationships and build networks with stakeholders including candidates, hiring managers, HR business partners, and recruitment agencies
9. Support employer branding efforts for more effective talent attraction and campaigns
10. Prepare job specifications in conjunction with management
11. Ensure 100% compliance with company recruitment policies and processes
12. Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system

* University degree
* 2-4 years of experience in similar roles or recruitment administration
* Familiar with talent mapping, candidate experience, social media recruitment
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Comfortable managing the hiring process and guiding stakeholders
* Knowledge of external labor market and talent acquisition trends
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office
