Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment where every pupil feels valued and supported. Promote pupil's personal growth, social development, and emotional well being alongside academic progress. Work collaboratively with a skilled team of teaching assistants, behaviour mentors, and pastoral staff. Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support pupil's holistic development.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working in primary education-experience with SEND, SEMH, or challenging behaviour is highly desirable. Excellent classroom management, empathy, and adaptability.
