Kitchen and Bathroom Customer Service Assistant – Part Time
This is an area with great potential for development and growth. We are looking for someone to drive this area of the business forward. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career with the leading independent builders' merchant in the UK. Working in our Nottingham showroom, you will bring a passion for customer service.
Ideally, we require someone with a flexible approach to working hours, would starting and finishing later suit your work life balance? We plan to extend the opening hours of our showroom due to demand and looking for people able to work up to 7pm and include Saturdays which will be 8am to 5pm, We are open and happy to discuss your preferred working pattern and number of hours however Saturdays are crucial to the role.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Guide customers through our kitchen & bathroom Showroom.
* Able to capture information for specialists to design the customer's vision.
* Listen to customer needs and ensure their requirements are captured.
* Identify and recommend products best suited to customer needs.
* Ensure customer satisfaction.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* This role will include working Saturdays 8am – 5pm.
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience working in a similar sales/customer service role would be preferred but not essential.
* knowledge of kitchen and bathroom products would be advantageous however training will be provided.
* Confident communicating with customers.
* Administrative experience
* The ability to build great customer relationships.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexible approach to working patterns
