Acting as a central point of contact for their customers, as the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor you will provide relevant, accurate and timely information through each stage of the Service Core Process, ensuring that our customer expectations are met and exceeded. The Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor will maximise service and parts profitability through upsell of service packages and other retail packages in a professional manner as well as loading the workshop schedule to maximise workshop capacity and utilisation.
