You will own the product experience end to end, translating complex procurement workflows into intuitive, polished React applications. What you will do Lead the development of user facing features using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind, maintaining a robust and scalable design system. Bridge the gap between AI capabilities and user needs by designing intuitive interfaces for complex, multi step agentic workflows. Collaborate directly with the founding team and customers to define requirements, prototype solutions, and deploy production ready code in days. The ideal candidate Has 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in TypeScript and React, plus proficiency in Python. Demonstrates exceptional product intuition and a design first mindset, capable of making UI/UX decisions without a dedicated design function. Thrives in high ambiguity, fast paced startup settings and possesses the right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.
