Job Title: Site Agent – Utilities Location: Aylesbury Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35) Company Overview We are recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to support the delivery of utility diversion works within a major infrastructure programme. This is a long-term opportunity for a Site Agent with strong leadership experience across utilities construction and major infrastructure delivery. The Role As Site Agent, you will take ownership of site delivery operations for utility diversion works, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme, quality, and commercial requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating site teams, managing subcontractors, and supporting engineering, planning, and commercial functions to drive performance across live construction environments. This role requires a hands-on delivery approach with regular onsite presence across project works.
