We're working exclusively on behalf of a reputable and growing children’s residential care provider to find a dynamic, experienced Registered Manager to take the lead in launching a brand-new 3-bed children’s home in Oldbury, supporting children with learning disabilities and complex needs. This is a foundational leadership role – ideal for a passionate Registered Manager with a proven record of opening new homes, navigating Ofsted registration, and leading from the front. You'll shape the team, embed a nurturing culture, and ensure the very highest standards of care, compliance, and development from day one.
