Overview
As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the friendly face who welcomes our customers to our restaurant. Working predominantly in the dining area, you will be responsible for exceeding hospitality expectations, by making it special for all of our guests. You will consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant. You will need to complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction and follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.

* Where applicable, comply with uniform provision and professional appearance as part of the role.
Qualifications

* Ability to maintain high energy levels and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Be eligible to work in the UK & Ireland; provide original documents to evidence right to work (e.g., valid passport or valid UK/Ireland visa with supporting letter listing term dates). Only original documents will be accepted.
