Our client, a prominent motor retailing group in Southport, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Warranty Administrator to join their team. Duties
* Process warranty claims, documentation, and submissions accurately, following manufacturer procedures
* Maintain precise records of vehicle and customer details
* Liaise effectively with customers, workshop teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
* Manage warranty administration tasks including invoicing and job costing
* Promote warranties, service plans, and loyalty programmes to maximise revenue
* Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering trust and confidence
* Support the department\'s loading process to optimise efficiency
* Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and relevant industry legislation
* Uphold professionalism and effective communication during all customer interactions
Requirements
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
* Attention to detail with accurate record keeping
* Proven experience in warranty administration within the motor trade or a similar environment is desirable
* Knowledge of warranty procedures and relevant legislation is advantageous
* Familiarity with computerised recording systems and trade practices
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
