Lithium3 IT Consulting is supporting a major transformation, and we’re looking to engage Solution Architect with a deep understanding of procurement, commercial processes, and Source-to-Pay systems to help deliver a cutting-edge Value Chain Management (VCM) programme.
The Programme
This is a high-impact transformation focused on building new value management systems and processes across procurement, contracting, supplier collaboration, and planning. Working within a small, agile delivery team (PM, BA, and SA).
The SA will carry out stakeholder engagement and solution architecture that will support creation of business cases aligning to the Programme Vision and Target Operating Model.
This programme aims to release staff to focus on value-add work, enhance supplier/customer relationships and enable financial benefits.
*Value Chain Management consists of 3 workstreams – 1 Contract Lifecycle Management, 2 Supply, Planning and Management, 3 Value Chain collaboration.
The SA will shape and deliver architecture across multiple integrated systems, including:
* Agiloft – Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
* SAP Ariba – Source-to-Pay
* SAP LTP – Long-Term Planning
* SupplyOn – Supplier collaboration
* Bizzdesign – Business process mapping & modelling
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the solution design for procurement and commercial tools within the VCM programme
* Translate business requirements into architectural roadmaps and integrated technical solutions
* Work collaboratively with BAs and PMs to define new business processes using Bizzdesign
* Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and governance/security standards
* Engage with stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, and commercial functions
Key skills
* Proven track record as a Solution Architect on Procurement or value chain Transformation programmes
* Strong knowledge of one or more of the following tools: Agiloft, SAP Ariba, SAP LTP, SupplyOn is desirable. Similar tools are fine.
* Experience designing CLM, supplier collaboration, or planning solutions in complex environments
* Comfortable working with process design/modelling tools such as Bizzdesign
* Able to operate autonomously within a small, focused delivery team
