The Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager / Business Developer, based in the UK, to expand and strengthen DMECO’s presence in the power generation and electrical equipment market across the UK & Ireland.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, system integrators and utilities.
* Represent DMECO at client meetings, tenders, trade shows and industry events.
* Work closely with our technical and marketing teams in Italy to prepare offers and proposals.
* Achieve and exceed agreed sales revenue and margin targets.
Requirements
* 7+ years of proven sales experience in the power generation / electrical equipment sector (gensets, engines, alternators, switchgear, DRUPS, BESS or similar).
* Strong existing network and credibility in the UK market.
* Solid technical understanding of gensets, enclosures, switchgear and related equipment.
* Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven and results-oriented.
* Fluent English (Italian is a plus but not required).
