Responsibilities:
* Administering prescribed medications in line with company and NMC guidelines
* Providing treatments such as surgical dressings when necessary
* Thoroughly assessing each resident's care needs
* Handling medical emergencies with professionalism
* Maintaining accurate records for individualised care plans
