About the role: The Order Management Specialist is a crucial connection between the customer, sales, account management, field services, fulfilment, and finance. It will provide you with the opportunity to gain a broad knowledge in many areas of our customer journey and the varied teams. Based in the Milton Keynes office, the hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm What you'll be doing as Order Management Specialist: Working with accuracy and providing exceptional customer service, you'll be key in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and maintaining our great CSAT scores. For New Business: Checking the orders received Entering them into the SAP system which can include setting up the account with: customer details, agreements and contracts, vehicles lists, multiple user login details For Existing customers: Can include: Processing add-to-fleet orders Processing account renewals Arranging hardware upgrades About You: You'll be based within commuting distance to our office in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes and have full rights to work in the UK. To excel in this role, you will be: Experienced in order processing, preferably with SAP knowledge. Passionate in delivering exceptional customer service and relationship building Highly organised with excellent coordination skills in a B2B environment. Detail-oriented and accurate, and proficient in written and verbal communication. Ready to take ownership and ensure positive outcomes for all stakeholders.
