Job Title: Operations Administrator Reports To : Operations Team Leader Location: Pitsford Date Prepared: 11/2/26 Job Purpose Supporting smooth and efficient operation of the business. Main Responsibilities Processing sales orders. Processing airtime novations. Obtaining quotes from suppliers. Inputting purchase orders. Packing and shipping customer orders. Sending customer delivery notifications and invoices. Processing SIM Cards. Answering the phone. Booking in deliveries. Creating sales and purchase order reports. Stock take activities. General office duties. Assisting the operations team leader. Person Specification Capable of task ownership, taking responsibility and paying attention to detail. Task oriented with strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills. Collaborative team player. Good written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications/Training Level 1. Training will be given on in-house systems. Experience / Skills - Required General office experience. Good all-round IT skills and familiarity with common office applications. Demonstrable experience working with spreadsheets. Ability to learn processes, and identify improvement opportunities. Experience / Skills - Beneficial Experience in a similar role. Experience of working within a quality controlled environment, e.g. ISO 9001.
