Role Summary
Moorside High School is seeking to appoint an ambitious and inspirational Head of English to lead a thriving department and drive excellence in teaching, learning, and student outcomes. Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the English department, driving high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment
* Develop and implement an ambitious and engaging English curriculum

Key Qualifications
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
* Have a proven track record of raising attainment in English
* Demonstrate strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

* Have excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to continuous improvement
