In this role, you will play a key part in designing and implementing talent development strategies that enhance sales, leadership, and management capability across the business. You'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, helping to build a culture of continuous learning and high performance that underpins everything we've achieved - and everything still to come.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Development Strategy & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver innovative talent development programmes aligned with business objectives Support the implementation of learning initiatives that enhance sales, leadership, and management capability Create engaging onboarding journeys and structured learning pathways for new and existing employees

Induction & Onboarding Excellence: Own and deliver a best-in-class induction experience for all new joiners, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and high-impact introduction to the business Design, implement, and continuously refine a structured onboarding process that accelerates early productivity and long-term success

Coaching & Training: Deliver high-impact training through workshops, classroom sessions, and 1:1 coaching Provide on-desk coaching to support individual and team performance improvement Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development plans

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to align training with business needs Act as a trusted advisor on learning and development solutions Influence stakeholders to adopt effective and scalable training initiatives

Learning Systems & Innovation: Own and manage learning content within the LMS (Dayforce), ensuring accessibility and engagement Drive adoption and usage of learning platforms across the business Continuously introduce new, creative approaches to learning and development

Culture & Continuous Improvement: Promote a high-performance, learning-focused culture across the organisation Measure the effectiveness of training programmes and optimise for impact and ROI Contribute to wider talent development projects and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Sales Recruitment (360/BD background welcomed) Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels Passion for developing people and driving performance Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Experience delivering sales training is preferred but not essential
