We are currently recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Support Assistant to work in a specialist provision in Pembrokeshire, supporting pupils with moderate to complex needs. This is a highly rewarding opportunity to support learners with: Autism (ASD) ⚡ ADHD Additional learning difficulties Emotional and behavioural regulation needs ♿ Physical or complex needs (where applicable) What you’ll be doing: Providing 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual needs Supporting pupils with learning, engagement, and communication Assisting with emotional regulation and behaviour support strategies Helping to create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment Working closely with teachers and wider multidisciplinary teams ✅ What we’re looking for: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service ( or willingness to obtain ) EWC registration ( or willingness to register ) Experience in care, support work, education, or health & social care (desirable) A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach A genuine passion for supporting young people with ALN ✨ Why work with Teaching Personnel?
