Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organised Showroom Host to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly upon arrival
* Manage appointments
* Assist in managing wait times and communicate effectively with customers regarding their appointments
* Collaborate with the sales/service team to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area.
* Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for documentation purposes.
Experience
* Previous office or administrative experience is preferred, showcasing strong organisational skills.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
