3. Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
4. Prepare accurate financial reports and statements for review by senior management.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and organisational policies.
6. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely transactions.
7. Provide financial advice to support decision-making within the organisation.
8. Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits.
9. Maintain accurate financial records and systems for reporting purposes.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting and finance department.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Part-Time Finance Manager should have:
11. A strong background in accounting and finance, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
12. Professional qualifications in finance or accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) or be Qualified By experience
13. This is an office based role
14. Proven ability to manage multiple financial processes effectively.
15. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
16. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
What's on Offer
