Our client, a well-established and highly regarded Civil Engineering Contractor specialising in renewables, infrastructure, and flood protection schemes, is currently seeking a dedicated Foreman / General Foreman to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on meaningful projects across Scotland.
Role Highlights
As the Foreman/ General Foreman, you will take a proactive role in managing site operations, collaborating closely with contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure high-quality delivery. This position is ideal for someone passionate about renewable energy projects, keen to contribute fresh ideas to a forward-thinking team.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in overseeing operational activities on-site
A positive outlook towards learning, teamwork, and contributing to collective success
Familiarity with maintaining site diaries and enforcing health and safety compliance
Previous experience with civil engineering contractors, ideally within renewable energy projects
Pervious experience on ducting and cabling is highly desired
A proven ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets effectively
Willingness to travel in line with business needs
