Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer Liverpool | Hybrid Working
Harkaye Core Talent is currently working in partnership with a well-established and growing law firm in Liverpool seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive to join its busy property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancer looking to join a supportive firm with a strong local reputation, quality work, and genuine long-term progression.
The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling matters including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales & purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of equity New build transactions
* Shared ownership matters
* Buy-to-let purchases
* Help to Buy transactions
* Title enquiries and reporting
You will be supported by an experienced wider team and efficient administrative processes, allowing you to focus on client service and progressing matters smoothly.
About You
Applications are welcomed from candidates with residential conveyancing experience who are:
* Qualified Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives Able to manage a caseload independently
* Client-focused with strong communication skills
* Highly organised and commercially aware
* Proactive with excellent attention to detail
* Keen to progress within a growing department
* Qualified and non-qualified fee earners with strong experience will also be considered.
