An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to work for a well-established and successful business in the Stoke-on-Trent area. * Entering customer orders into the system, ensuring adherence to processes & procedures.
* Coordinating with planning, shipping, and dispatch departments to provide customers with up-to-date order information.
* Communicating with carriers for ETA, POD, etc.
* Processing sample requests from customers or sales team with all necessary information for dispatch.
* Logging customer complaints into the CRM system and liaising with Quality Control to keep customers informed.
* Processing quotations into the system.
* Building strong, sustainable relationships and trust with customers.
* Assessing customer needs to ensure excellent customer service.
* Fostering strong relationships with the sales team.
* Providing high-standard customer service via phone or email, promptly and courteously.
* Providing customers with product, carton, pallet, price, and delivery information.

Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Salary:
£23,000 – £24,000 per annum
