This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Early Years Teacher with a strong SEN specialism, who is passionate about inclusion and making a lasting difference to young children's lives. The Role This key leadership post will combine strategic responsibility with hands-on practice within our Pre-School and Early Years setting. The successful candidate will take a leading role in shaping inclusive practice across the Early Years, ensuring that every child thrives, regardless of need or starting point.
