* Providing 1:1 and small-group support
* Assisting with learning, engagement and behaviour
* Creating a safe, inclusive environment alongside teaching staff

* Experience in SEN, care, support work, or education
* A calm, patient, and supportive approach
* Someone reliable who can commit to the hours listed
