We are delighted to be working with our client in Manchester who are currently looking for a Graduate Town Planner to join their ever-growing team. Our client is an award-winning independent consultancy and are offering the successful candidate an excellent starting salary between £21,000 and £25,000.
What you need:
1. RTPI accredited degree or are currently working towards this.
2. Some experience in the planning industry although not essential
3. Excellent communication skills
4. The ability to analyse complex data.
5. Solid report writing skills.
Daily Duties include:
6. Strategic planning and land promotion
7. Dealing with enforcement appeals
8. Working on planning applications
9. Providing planning advice to clients
10. Dealing with appeals and negotiations
