Role: Product Manager - Customer Onboarding a must

IRIS are on the search for a Product Manager to own the customer division within a highly regulated environment. This pivotal role requires a strong focus on Compliance, coupled with adeptness in managing senior stakeholders and leaders.
Due to the nature of this role, you will sit inside a scrum team, but hold the responsibilities of a Product Manager.
This pivotal role will see you take the helm of the partner and client onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration while adhering to strict regulatory standards. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, global compliance teams, and engineers, you'll drive optimal outcomes for the client’s customers.
You'll be the driving force behind your product roadmap, overseeing its implementation and liaising extensively with Operations, Compliance, Sales, and clients to identify areas for enhancement and streamline efficiency.
Taking full ownership of features, product requirements, and backlog management, you'll play a pivotal role with significant exposure to senior management.
The Role:
* Enhance customer conversion rates throughout the onboarding process.
* Define the vision, objectives, KPIs, and enhancement strategies for the onboarding journey.
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of new functionalities, collaborating closely with Product Owners, Tech, Compliance, and Sales Operations.
* Translate product features and business requirements into comprehensive product specifications, including epics, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
* Provide transparent communication regarding the impact of system changes on users.
* Prioritise and manage the sprint backlog for assigned products, ensuring stakeholder requirements are balanced.
* Take ownership of change initiatives, driving projects forward in alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements
* Stong experience as a Product Owner/Manager, preferably within financial crime, financial services, or Regtech.
* Proficiency in onboarding automation.
* Experience of working in highly regulated environments and compliant space.
* Strong background in complex data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
* Experience working with CRM and Data systems.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, continuously refining priorities and identifying opportunities and risks.
* Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
* Track record of developing internal and external software products (B2B2B/B2B2C).
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience of working in highly regulated environments and compliant space.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to understand business and user goals and devise informed solutions.
