The successful candidate will have experience in customer service and HR, and will be responsible for:
* HR Administrative Support: Providing comprehensive HR administrative services for employment changes, queries, and contractual aspects, including advising on family leave, DBS checks, and other people-related matters. Managing VISA checks and end-of-sponsorship checks.
* Customer Focused Service: Prioritising workloads of yourself and the team, resolving enquiries efficiently.
* Complex Enquiries and HR Processes: Managing complex HR processes and acting as a central point of escalation.
* Advice on Processes: Guiding employees and managers on employment terms and conditions.
* Service Level Delivery: Handling escalated queries and tasks to meet service levels.
* Data Management: Maintaining accurate data in HR and Payroll systems.
* Project Support: Participating in projects to improve People Team services.
* Team Training and Development: Coaching and upskilling administrators, engaging in personal development opportunities.

You should have previous experience working in a high-performing, customer-focused environment, preferably within an HR/People setting. Experience in a Higher Education Institution or large organization is an advantage. You should have excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS systems. Salary: From £25,873 up to £28,974 per annum (dependent on experience), with potential for progression. Exceptional candidates may be considered for a discretionary higher range.
